To achieve a high quality finished product, La Ventana Builders takes
use an architect local to them, for a closer understanding of the finished
product between designer and owner. Once designed we facilitate the
engineering details through prominent, licensed La Paz engineering
firms as required by Baja Sur, Mexico municipal building codes.
Our years of experience general contracting and building over 25 custom
homes provides our clients with the certainty that every detail included in
their plans will be part of the completed home project, whether building a
250 square foot casita or a luxury 8,000 square foot villa. There is no
need to settle for " more or less" construction quality.
Materials
Structures are built using concrete filled foam block, cinder block or
Panel-W and finished by applying various concrete stucco finishes. This
style of construction provides for an extremely durable, fire resistant and
weather proof finished product. Once walls and slabs are completed,
interior details are hand formed and poured, then further enhanced by
hand to achieve the desired effect by our local craftsmen.
A major component of our service is to provide the international, remote
client with the certainty that a superior level of attention is paid to high
