La Ventana Builders founder - Mike Donahoe has been involved with land and real estate in the La
Ventana/ El Sargento area since 1996. Mike's many years of experience have provided a wealth of local
contacts to assist La Ventana Builders  in locating, building, purchasing or selling the ideal piece of
property or home you are seeking. We know the local area, because we are locals.
La Ventana Builders has evolved into a partnership between Mike Donahoe who founded and is the
construction and development visionary of the business; .

We bring over 15 years of living and traveling in Baja to bear while providing our client with a single point
of contact - whether building your dream home or retreat or representing your interests in real estate
purchases or sales. We have been licensed contractors in Oregon, Washington and Utah and have
experience building and project managing all types and sizes of homes, commercial and industrial projects.

Real estate and construction management is not our part time Baja job, we are year round residents,
builders and real estate professionals who have strong ties with the local community and ejido. As builders
we have a deep local connection and a network that provides us with a unique insight into the local
community, it's offerings along with a true working knowledge for the lay of the land. When the hurricanes
come- we hurry out to survey the erosion and drainage paths to be sure we know where any potential trouble
spots may be for our remote clients. That same unique positioning provides us with the inside edge needed
to get the property your looking for whether it's a fabulous beach front building site or villa or a vista view
home. Sure we surf, sail, ride our dirt bikes in the desert and are hoping to learn to kite but we know the
local community and can help you find what your looking for...
